Positions Available:

- Managing Editor

• Assists the Editor-in-Chief with coordinating projects, managing submissions, updating the website, etc.

• Time Commitment: Around 2-3 hours per week, flexible.

- Outreach Director (s)​

• Reach out to organizations for potential partnerships, and work with the social media coordinator(s) on bringing more viewers and submitters to Jhumka.

- Art Editor (s)

• Review visual art submissions and decide which pieces to accept for issues.

• Time Commitment: Around 1-2 hours per week, flexible.

- Prose/Poetry Editor (s)

• Review prose submissions and decide which pieces to accept for issues.

• Time Commitment: Around 1-2 hours per week, flexible.

- Social Media Coordinator (s)

• Create content for our Instagram with updates on submission deadlines, new opportunities, and featured artists.

• Time Commitment: Around 1-2 hours per week, flexible.
